摘  要:文章以教育数字化为背景,从教育数字化和精准教学的内涵入手,研究了教育数字化背景下精准教学面临的现实挑战和对策。依托国家开放大学学习平台,利用大数据、人工智能等数智技术,构建课前、课中、课后“三阶四环五能力”精准教学模式,以期实现学情评估,精准制定教学目标;动态监控,及时反馈学习动态;精准定制,服务学生终身成长,全面提升开放教育学生的岗位胜任力和综合素质。This study is in context of educational digitization,starts by examining the connotations of educational digitization and precise teaching.It analyzes the practical challenges faced by precise teaching in the context of educational digitization and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Relying on the learning platform of The Open University of China,and utilizing digital and intelligent technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,this study constructs a precise teaching model featuring“three stages,four loops,and five competencies”that spans pre-class,in-class,and post-class periods.The aim is to assess learning situations,precisely set teaching objectives;dynamically monitor and provide timely feedback on learning progress;and tailor teaching to serve students’lifelong growth,thereby comprehensively enhancing the job competencies and overall quality of open education students.
