摘 要:在信息技术迅猛发展背景下,“翻转课堂+微课”教学模式成为开放大学英语教学改革的重要课题。文章分析了该模式的内涵与可行性,发现开放大学英语教学中存在师生互动不足、教师技术应用能力欠缺等问题。开放大学教师应具备创新意识,学生能适应数字化学习,为该模式实施奠定了基础。应对策略包括:构建资源丰富的线上教学平台,优化教学设计突出学生主体地位,引导学生自主选择学习内容,增强教师信息技术能力与合作意识。这将突破传统教学限制,为学生提供灵活的学习体验,促进学生英语核心素养发展。Under the background of the new era,training talents with innovative ability has become an important task of education.The cultivation of innovative talents is naturally inseparable from innovative education.The demand for talents in the new society puts forward new requirements for higher education,that is,education should cultivate talents with innovative ability,and innovative education is needed to train innovative talents.“Flipped classroom+micro-class”is an innovative network and open teaching mode in the new era.The application of this mode in Open University English teaching can bring students a new sense of English learning experience and improve their English learning efficiency.Based on this,the paper analyzes and summarizes a large number of periodical literature resources,systematically analyzes the application of“flipped classroom+micro-lessons”in the teaching of Open University in the new era,and proposes the application of“flipped classroom+micro-lessons”to optimize teaching and evaluation strategies,aiming to make full use of“flipped classroom+micro-lessons”through various measures to improve teaching efficiency and help students’development.
