摘  要:教师队伍是发展职业教育的第一资源,是支撑新时代国家职业教育改革的关键力量。职业院校“双师型”教师标准是对教师专业发展的全面评价,对教师专业发展有明确的导向性,从师德师风、教育教学能力、实践创新能力和社会服务能力4个层面对教师提出定性和定量标准。职业院校可从“双师型”教师标准出发,通过激发教师内生动力、健全培养培训体系、搭建教师发展平台和优化教师评价机制等策略,构建教师专业发展支持体系,促进职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设和发展。Teachers are the first resource for the development of vocational education and the key force to support the national vocational education reform in the new era.The"dual-qualified"teacher standard of vocational colleges is a comprehensive evaluation of teachers'professional development,which has a clear orientation for teachers professional development,and puts forward qualitative and quantitative standards for teachers from the perspective of teacher ethics,teaching ability,practical innovation ability and social service ability.Vocational colleges can start from the"dual-qualified"teacher standard,and build a teacher professional development support system through strategies such as stimulating teachers'endogenous motivation,improving the training system,building a teacher development platform and optimizing the teacher evaluation mechanism,so as to promote the construction and development of the"dual-qualified"teacher team in vocational education,
