摘  要:目的探讨BOPPPS线上线下混合教学模式在中医急诊教学中的应用效果。方法选取北京中医药大学2018级、2019级五年制中医学专业学生作为研究对象,以班级为单位分为对照组(56名,纳入时间为2022年2月至6月)和试验组(55名,纳入时间为2023年2月至6月),分别采用传统教学模式和BOPPPS线上线下混合教学模式,课程结束后通过问卷调查及期末考试进行评估。结果试验组期末成绩、实践操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组教学满意度、自我效能感、自主学习能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS线上线下混合教学模式教学,可激发学生主动性,提高学生参与度,培养临床思维,提升教学效果,值得在中医急诊学教学中推广应用。Objective To explore application effect of BOPPPS online and offline hybrid teaching mode in traditional Chinese medicine emergency teaching.Methods The students in grade 2018 and 2019 undergraduate five-year traditional Chinese medicine major from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(56 students,Observation period:February to June 2022)and experimental group(55 students,Observation period:February to June 2022)by class as the unit.traditional teaching mode and BOPPPS online and offline hybrid teaching mode were adopted respectively,and comprehensive evaluation was conducted through questionnaire survey and theoretical final exam after the course.Results Final results and practical operation results in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction,self-efficacy,and self-learning ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion BOPPPS online and offline hybrid teaching mode can stimulate students'initiative,improve students'participation,cultivate certificates,and improve the teaching effect.It is worthy of promoting and applied in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine emergency department.
