摘  要:武术作为一项体育运动,不仅对身体的力量和速度有着较高要求,而且对各部位的协调性和灵活性也有严格要求。武者在训练过程中经常出现各种运动损伤问题,如关节韧带损伤、肌肉拉伤与劳损、骨骼损伤等。这些损伤直接影响武者的身体健康和生活质量。为此,该文针对武术训练中的运动损伤防护策略展开了深入研究与分析,旨在帮助武术运动员规避相关风险,降低受伤概率,保障其健康与安全。As a competitive discipline,martial arts demand not only exceptional physical strength and speed but also impose rigorous demands on body part coordination and flexibility.Therefore,martial artists often encounter various sports injury problems during training,such as joint ligament injuries,muscle strains and fatigue,and bone injuries.These injuries are directly related to the physical health and quality of life of martial artists.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth research and analysis on the prevention strategies for sports injuries in martial arts training,aiming to assist martial arts athletes in avoiding relevant risks,optimize training safety protocols,and ensuring their health and safety.
