摘 要:新工科背景下,学校以持续深化内涵建设,推动高质量发展为目标,对创新型人才培养提出了新要求。坚持立德树人根本任务,以打造“立足冶金,校企合作,注重实践,培养踏实肯干、适应发展的应用型高级专门人才”为目标,开展课程思政教学团队育人实践。在前期课程教学改革基础上,提出校企合作协同育人,四位一体实践教学平台,团队科研育人,四进阶式教学架构建设,将课程思政元素与专业知识点进行有机融合,创新教学方法,课程教学目标与思政育人目标同步进行,实现立德树人的根本要求。学科团队与教学团队的交叉融合,课程教学内容与时俱进,将科研案例、材料前沿发展带入课堂,建立课堂教育与创新教育一体化的人才培养机制,提高金属腐蚀与防护原理课程育人质量,强化专业课程对学生“思想引领、价值引领和学术引领”的作用。New requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of innovative talents with the goal of continuously deepening connotation construction and promoting high-quality development under Emerging Engineering Education.Adhering to the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,we aim to create a"metallurgical oriented,school enterprise cooperation,practical focus,and cultivate practical,hardworking,and adaptable senior specialized talents",and carry out practical training for ideological and political education teams in the curriculum.On the basis of the early curriculum teaching reform,a school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education platform,a four in one practical teaching platform,team research and education,and a four step teaching architecture construction have been proposed.The organic integration of ideological and political elements and professional knowledge points in the curriculum has been innovated in teaching methods,and the curriculum teaching objectives and ideological and political education objectives have been synchronized to achieve the fundamental requirements of moral education.The cross integration of disciplinary teams and teaching teams,the course teaching content keeping up with the times,bringing scientific research cases and cutting-edge development of materials into the classroom,establishing a talent cultivation mechanism that integrates classroom education and innovative education,improving the quality of education in the course of metal corrosion and protection principles,and strengthening the role of professional courses in guiding students'thinking,value,and academic development.
