摘  要:为了提高液压系统滑模控制能力,采用RBF网络对系统中的未知干扰因素进行评价,再结合滑模控制原理进行控制器结构设计,并针对抗干扰性能评价开展了仿真分析。研究结果表明:滑模控制器具有优秀的跟踪精度和鲁棒性。在RBF滑模控制器相对PID控制器的IMSC指标更小时,IAPE和IMSE指标也更小。RBF控制器具备更低稳态误差,可以对阶跃位置进行更精确跟踪的效果。通过不同方法控制结果对比发现,选择RBF网络进行滑模控制时则能够在短时间内恢复至之前误差,可以更高效适应外部外部干扰的影响。本研究对提高电液伺服系统具备快速响应以及抗干扰性能具有和好的实践价值。In order to improve the sliding mode control ability of hydraulic system,RBF network was used to evaluate the un⁃known interference factors in the system,and then combined with the sliding mode control principle,the controller structure was designed,and simulation analysis was carried out to evaluate the anti-interference performance.The results show that the sliding mode controller has excellent tracking accuracy and robustness.The IMSC index of RBF sliding mode controller is smaller than that of PID controller,RIAPE and IMSE index are also smaller.RBF controller has lower steady-state error and can track step po⁃sition more accurately.By comparing the control results of different methods,it is found that RBF can recover to the previous error in a short time,and can more efficiently adapt to the influence of external and external interference.This study has good practical value to improve the fast response and anti-interference performance of electro-hydraulic servo system.
