摘 要:半挂汽车列车低速交通事故多数是由于转弯过程中的视野盲区造成的,为减小半挂汽车列车转弯时的视野盲区,提高车辆转弯行驶的安全性,文中设计了一种半挂汽车列车后视镜主动调节系统。对半挂汽车列车的视野盲区进行了分析,然后建立了后视镜转动角度与牵引车和挂车间的铰接角度之间的关系,通过CAD仿真验证了所设计的后视镜主动调节系统的可行性,分析了后视镜主动调节系统的硬件组成和工作原理。研究结果表明:所设计的可调后视镜扩大了驾驶员的视野,后视镜的可调转角与牵引车和挂车间铰接角的线性关系有利于后视镜实时准确的调节。The low-speed traffic accidents suffered by tractor-semitrailers are mostly caused by the blind area of vision in the process of turning.In this article,in order to reduce the blind area of vision for the tractor-semitrailer and improve its safety in the process of turning,an active regulation system of rearview mirror is designed.Firstly,the analysis is conducted on the blind area of vision for the tractor-semitrailer;then,efforts are made to identify the relationship between the rearview mirror’s rotation angle and the articulated angle between the tractor and the semitrailer.Next,the CAD simulation is carried out to verify that the active regulation system of rearview mirror is feasible.Finally,the system’s hardware and working principle are explored.The results show that the adjustable rearview mirror expands the drivers’vision;the linear relationship between the rearview mirror’s adjustable angle and the articulated angle between the tractor and the semitrailer is helpful to accurately adjust the rearview mirror in real time.
