摘　　要：目前,青少年儿童不仅存在近视眼患病率快速增长问题,而且确诊近视的青少年儿童年龄逐渐呈现低龄化现象,首次确诊时近视眼度数也呈现明显升高趋势。青少年儿童近视成因比较复杂,可能来自于先天性因素,遗传因素、不良用眼习惯、不良用眼环境、眼部外伤等因素。从临床医学角度来看,青少年儿童近视存在不可逆问题,一旦确诊近视,只能通过调整日常用眼习惯、医学干预、药物治疗、配戴眼镜等方式,尽可能延缓度数的增长,除此之外,激光矫正也是目前应对青少年儿童近视的主要手段。青少年儿童近视会对日常生活、学习与工作造成较大不利影响,甚至会威胁到身体健康水平,因此,我国已经将青少年儿童的近视眼成因及其防控措施作为重点研究内容,旨在降低青少年儿童近视概率,并且通过积极有效的防控措施,避免青少年儿童近视度数持续增长。本文简要分析了青少年儿童近视成因及其防控进展,以期为青少年儿童近视的防控提供指导。At present,there is not only a rapid increase in the prevalence of myopia among young children,but also the age of young children diagnosed with myopia shows a trend of younger age,and the degree of myopia shows a significant upward trend when first diagnosed.The causes of myopia in young children are complicated,which may be caused by congenital factors,genetic factors,bad eye usage habits,bad eye environment,eye trauma and other factors.From the perspective of clinical medicine,young children myopia is an irreversible problem,once confirmed to have myopia,only by adjust the commonly used eye habits,medical interventions,medical therapy,wearing glasses and so on,try to delay the increase of number of degree,in addition,the laser correct is a major means of dealing with young children myopia.Young children myopia can have significant adverse effects on the daily life,study and work,and even threaten the health level,therefore,our country has made the causes and prevention and control measures of myopia in young children as the key research contents,aims to reduce the chances of young children myopia and through positive and effective prevention and control measures,to avoid young children myopic degree continues to grow.This paper briefly analyzes the causes of myopia in young children and its prevention and control progress,in order to provide guidance for the prevention and control of young children myopia.
