地方高等教育对外合作的中外人文交流功能研究

摘　　要：中外人文交流是增进民心相通的纽带,是深化经贸合作与政治互信的重要保障。在全球化、数字化加速发展的时代背景下,高等教育作为推动中外人文交流的重要载体,承载着文化传播与文明互鉴的职责。本文以山东省高等教育对外合作为例,探讨地方高校在合作办学中的中外人文交流功能,梳理其实践路径、面临的挑战以及提升对策。并提出通过深化合作机制、加强文化传播力、融入区域特色,地方高校在服务国家对外开放、构建人类命运共同体中具有重要作用。Chinese-foreign humanistic exchanges are the link to enhance people-to-people communication and the important guarantee to deepen economic and trade cooperation and political mutual trust.Under the background of globalization and accelerated development of digitalization,higher education,as an important carrier to promote Chinese-foreign humanistic exchanges,carries the responsibility of cultural dissemination and mutual appreciation of civilizations.Taking the international cooperation of higher education in Shandong Province as an example,this paper discusses the Chinese-foreign humanistic exchange function of local universities in cooperative school running,sorting out its practice path,challenges and enhancement countermeasures.It also proposes that by deepening the mechanism of cooperation,strengthening the power of cultural communication,and integrating regional characteristics,local universities have an important role in serving the country's opening to the outside world and building a community of human destiny.
