摘  要:为改善模糊指纹痕迹图像的检验效果,提出一种结合图像增强与特征匹配的模糊指纹痕迹检验技术。利用短时傅里叶变换对关键参数改进估计,并进行方向滤波图像增强,利用邻域平均法消除高斯噪声和实现指纹图像不同程度的平滑效果,基于脊线追踪的指纹匹配改进算法进行特征匹配。由仿真对比结果可知:光学显影法对应的错误不匹配率基本高于其他指纹检测方法的,在指纹检测数达到4000个时,化学反应法对应的错误不匹配率超过光学显影法的,达到0.058;随着检测模糊指纹个数增加,所提方法对应的错误不匹配率一直保持最低水平,在指纹检测数为4000时,对应错误不匹配率最高,具体数值为0.008;相对于其他指纹痕迹检测方法,所提方法在模糊指纹痕迹错误不匹配率检验方面具有明显优势。In order to improve the inspection effect of fuzzy fingerprint images,a new detection technology combining image enhancement and feature matching is proposed.This approach utilizes Short-Time Fourier Transform(STFT)to improve the estimation of key parameters,and enhances the images by the directional filtering.Then the neighborhood average method is applied to eliminate Gaussian noise and achieve different degrees of smoothing effect of fingerprint images.Finally,feature matching is performed using an improved algorithm based on ridge tracking.Simulation results indicate that the error mismatch rate of optical development method is generally higher than other fingerprint detection methods.When the number of fingerprint detection reaches 4000,the error mismatch rate of chemical reaction method exceeds that of optical development method,reaching 0.058.With the increase of the number of detected fuzzy fingerprints,the error mismatch rate of the proposed method maintains at the lowest level.The error mismatch rate is the highest when the number of detected fingerprints is 4000,with a specific value of 0.008.The experimental results show that compared with other fingerprint trace detection methods,the proposed method has obvious advantage in detecting the error mismatch rate of fuzzy fingerprint traces.
