摘  要:高等中医药院校担负着人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化创新的重要职能。随着我国中医药院校人才结构调整,青年教师逐渐成为教师队伍的主力军,其岗位胜任力直接影响着人才培养质量和学校发展。本文分析了岗位胜任力的内涵和特征,中医药院校青年教师教学、科研的岗位胜任力现状及存在问题,提出优化人才引进和培训机制,制定差异化绩效考核模式、实施双重激励措施,完善教学和科研管理模式等途径,以提升青年教师在教学、科研、临床等方面的岗位胜任能力。Higher education institutions specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)shoulder vital responsibilities in talent cultivation,scientific research,social service,and cultural innovation.As faculty structures evolve across TCM universities in China,young teachers are increasingly becoming the backbone of the academic workforce,and their job competency directly affects the quality of talent cultivation and institutional development.This study examines the connotation and characteristics of job competency,assesses the current status and challenges of young faculty's teaching and research capabilities in TCM institutions,and proposes targeted strategies.These include optimizing recruitment and training mechanisms,developing differentiated performance appraisal systems,implementing dual incentive models,and improving management practices in teaching and research.The goal is to enhance young faculty members'job competency across teaching,research,and clinical domains.
