基于多元协同理论的课后服务供给逻辑研究

摘  要:课后服务是缓解家长“三点半”难题的重要举措,对于提高学校教育质量、丰富学生课后生活具有重要意义。在协同论理论视域下,从多元主体协同参与下的需求层次、供给主体、供需关系、资源适配和协同共济五种逻辑来看课后服务供给的复杂性和动态性,应重构供给协同机制,完善供给保障机制,健全供给评价机制,完善课程建设机制,重塑良好课后服务生态,助推基础教育高质量发展。After-school service is an important measure to alleviate the"three-o'clock"problem of parents.It is of great significance to improve the quality of school education and enrich students’after-school life.From the perspective of synergy theory,the research systematically analyzes the five logics of demand hierarchy,supply subject,and demand relationship,resource matching and collaborative assistance of multi-subject collaborative participation,which reveals the complexity and dynamics of after-school service,and proposes to reconstruct supply collaborative mechanism,improve the supply guarantee mechanism,perfect the supply evaluation mechanism,improve the curriculum construction mechanism,reshape a good after-school service ecology,and help the quality development of basic education.
