发酵饲料营养成分及其对仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率的影响研究

摘  要:研究旨在探讨固态发酵工艺对生猪饲料营养成分的影响,以及发酵饲料在仔猪养殖中的应用效果。采用复合微生物菌种对玉米-豆粕-小麦麸皮混合饲料进行固态发酵,分析发酵前后饲料营养成分的变化。选用120头健康三元杂交仔猪随机分为对照组和试验组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加5%发酵产物的基础日粮。试验期42 d。结果显示,发酵后饲料粗蛋白、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、乳酸的含量显著提高(P<0.05),粗纤维、植酸的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验组仔猪平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比和腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组仔猪干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸的表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组仔猪肠道厚壁菌门、乳酸菌属、双歧杆菌属相对丰度均显著升高(P<0.05),拟杆菌门相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,固态发酵工艺能够提高生猪饲料的营养价值,使用发酵饲料饲喂可提高仔猪的生长性能和营养物质利用率。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of solid state fermentation on the nutritional composition of pig feed and the application of fermented feed in piglet breeding.The changes of nutrient composition of corn,soybean meal and wheat bran mixed feed before and after fermentation were analyzed by using complex microbial strains.A total of 120 healthy three-way hybrid piglets were randomly divided into the control group and test group with six replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate.Piglets in the control group were fed the basal diet,and those in the test group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5%fermentation product.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that the contents of crude protein,lysine,methionine and lactic acid of fermented feed were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the contents of crude fiber and phytic acid were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The average daily gain of piglets in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the feed to gain ratio and diarrhea rate of piglets in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,lysine and methionine of the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the relative abundances of Firmicutes,Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria in the intestinal tract of piglets in the test group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the relative abundances of Bacteroidetes were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The results show that solid state fermentation can improve the nutritional value of pig feed,and the growth performance and nutrient utilization of piglets can be improved by using fermented feed.
