协同创新视角下图书馆参与终身学习体系构建策略

摘  要:构建完善的终身学习体系是应对快速发展的知识和技术挑战、促进机会公平与公民全面发展的关键路径。作为社会教育的实施主体,图书馆在终身学习体系的建设和发展中肩负着不可推卸的责任。聚焦图书馆如何深度融入终身学习体系,基于协同理论新视角,通过“主体协同-资源协同-教育协同-技术协同”的四维协同框架,探讨了图书馆的新角色及其协同发展模式。通过实例分析,揭示图书馆可以通过强化多方协同、优化资源配置、创新教育服务、推进技术融合等方式,提升其在终身学习体系中的作用,并提出了秉承终身教育理念、建立健全终身学习体系机制、集合资源与功能技术平台、精准学习对象教育需求、构建终身学习生态的优化策略。The construction of comprehensive lifelong learning system is a crucial path to address the challenges posed by the rapid development of knowledge and technology,to promote equitable opportunities and to foster the all-round development of citizens.As key implements of social education,libraries bear an inescapable responsibility in the construction and development of lifelong learning systems.This study focuses on how libraries can deeply integrate into the lifelong learning system from a new perspective based on collaborative theory and it explores the new roles of libraries and their collaborative development models through a four-dimensional collaboration framework encompassing“subject-resource-education-technology”.Through case analysis,this study reveals that libraries can enhance their role within the lifelong learning system by strengthening multi-party collaboration,optimizing resource allocation,innovating educational services and advancing technological integration.It proposes strategies to optimize the lifelong learning ecosystem by adhering to the philosophy of lifelong education,establishing sound mechanisms for lifelong learning systems,aggregating resources and functional technology platforms and precisely meeting the educational needs of learners.
