摘 要:由于各类突发事件频发,因此社区应急教育的必要性和迫切性愈加凸显。社区应急教育是一项有组织的教育活动,包括学习者、教育目的、教育者、教育影响和社区教育环境五个基本要素。开展社区应急教育是构建全民应急教育体系的必然要求,是推进韧性社区建设的内在诉求,彰显了风险社会背景下社区教育的社会治理价值。基于此,提出评估社区应急教育需求、厘清社区应急教育目的、推动多元教育主体参与、丰富社区应急教育内容与方法、营造良好社区应急教育环境五大行动策略,以推动社区应急教育发展。Due to the frequent occurrence of all kinds of emergencies,the necessity and urgency of community emergency education have become increasingly prominent.Community emergency education is an organized educational activity that includes five basic elements:learners,educational purpose,educators,educational impact and educational environment.Carrying out community emergency education is an inevitable requirement for building a national emergency education system and it is an intrinsic demand for promoting the construction of resilient communities,which highlights the social governance value of community education in the context of a risk society.Based on this,five action strategies which include evaluating the needs of community emergency education,clarifying the purpose of community emergency education,promoting the participation of multiple educational subjects,enriching the content and methods of community emergency education and creating a good environment for community emergency education are proposed in order to promote the development of community emergency education.
