摘 要:教师是发展职业教育的第一资源。为厘清党的十八大以来我国职业教育教师队伍研究的总体状况、热点主题和发展趋势,运用文献计量方法和CiteSpace工具,以2013-2024年中国知网收录的825篇职业教育教师队伍研究主题的核心期刊论文为研究对象,对发文量、核心机构、核心作者、研究热点等进行可视化分析。结果显示,我国职业教育教师队伍研究热点主要集中于“双师型”教师的内涵阐释和培养培训、多元开放的职业教育教师队伍建设实践探索、职业教育教师队伍建设的现实困难三大问题。研究建议需从研究主体、研究主题和研究方法等方面进一步提升职业教育教师队伍研究,深化研究主体合作,促进研究主题深化,推进研究方法的规范性和多元化,更加注重实证研究和比较研究,以高质量教师队伍研究推动职业教育高质量发展。Teachers are the first resources for the high-quality development of vocational education.In order to clarify the overall situation,hot topics and the development trend of vocational education teacher workforce research in China since the 18th National Congress,bibliometric methods and CiteSpace tools are used to study 825 core journal papers on vocational education teacher workforce research topics from 2013-2024 in Zhi.com and the number of publications,core institutions,core authors and research hotspots are visualized and analyzed.The results show that in the past ten years,the research hotspots of China’s vocational education teaching force mainly focused on three major issues:the connotation of“dual-teacher”teachers and their cultivation and training,the exploration of diversified and open vocational education teaching force construction practices and the practical difficulties of vocational education teaching force construction.The study suggests that the research on vocational education teachers should be further improved in terms of research subjects,research themes and research methods,deepen the cooperation of research subjects,promote the deepening of research themes,the standardization and diversification of research methods,pay more attention to empirical research and promote the high-quality development of vocational education with high-quality research on teachers.
