摘  要:【目的】旨在设计并优化胶体金检测试纸卡,为牛羊肉及奶制品中常见有害物质的快速检测提供一种高效、准确的解决方案,为强化公共卫生和食品安全提供科学依据和参考基础。【方法】采用柠檬酸钠还原法设计并优化胶体金检测试纸卡,对其进行特异性、敏感性、稳定性和精密度分析。【结果】通过优化设计的胶体金检测试纸卡,成功建立了一种灵敏度高(LOD=5ng·mL^(-1))、特异性强(阳性率为100%)、稳定性好(4℃阳性反应率为98%)、精密度高(变异系数<5%)的快速检测方法,适用于牛羊肉及奶制品中特定污染物的现场筛查。【结论】研究通过优化胶体金免疫层析技术,开发出了一种便携式、灵敏度高的检测工具,能够现场快速筛查出兽药残留、抗生素及其他有害添加剂,有效巩固了食品安全防线。【Objective】In this study,several common harmful substances in beef,mutton and dairy products were selected as the target analytes,and a colloidal gold test strip was designed and optimized,so as to provide an efficient and accurate solution for the rapid detection of common harmful substances as mentioned above,and to provide a scientific basis and reference for strengthening public health and food safety.【Methods】The sodium citrate reduction method was used for design and optimization of colloidal gold test strip,and its specificity,sensitivity,stability and precision were analyzed.【Results】Based on the optimized design of the colloidal gold test strip,a rapid detection method with high sensitivity(LOD=5 ng·mL^(-1)),strong specificity(positive rate of 100%),good stability(positive reaction rate of 98% at 4℃)and high precision(coefficient of variation<5%)was successfully established,which was suitable for on-site screening of specific contaminants in beef,mutton and dairy products.【Conclusion】A portable and sensitive detection tool was developed by optimizing the colloidal gold immunochromatographic technology,which could quickly screen veterinary drug residues,antibiotics and other harmful additives in the field,and effectively strengthened the defense line of food safety.
