摘 要:为提高仓房氮气气调和空调控温效果,通过改造浅圆仓仓内固定测温电缆为可拆卸测温电缆、安装密封双槽,并在粮面覆膜进行充氮气调试验。改造后,压力半衰期提升92 s;单仓充氮时间减少15.5 h,用电量减少2388 kW·h;试验仓开启空调控温后仓内保持平均氮气浓度95%以上51 d;降低了因空调控温造成的仓内粮食表面水分降低。通过对测温电缆线改造及粮面覆膜,提高了膜下氮气气调和空调控温的效果,达到杀虫,节能,便于保管等目的。同时,在粮堆气调期间人员还可正常进仓检查粮情等作业。To improve the effectiveness of nitrogen controlled atmosphere and air conditioning temperature control in squat silos,modifications were made by replacing the fixed temperature measuring cables with detachable ones,installing sealed double grooves,and applying a film covering over the grain surface for nitrogen controlled atmos-phere experiments.As a result of these modifications,the half-life of pressure decay increased by 92 seconds.The nitrogen filling time for a single squat silo was reduced by 15.5 hours,resulting in a reduction of electricity con-sumption by 2388 kWh.With the implementation of air conditioning for temperature control in the experimental squat silo,an average nitrogen concentration of over 95%was sustained for 51 days.These enhancements reduced the surface moisture loss of the grains,which typically results from air conditioning.By upgrading the temperature measuring cables and employing nitrogen controlled atmosphere beneath the grain film,the efficacy of controlled at-mosphere and temperature regulation was significantly improved.These improvements not only facilitated insect con-trol and energy conservation but also simplified storage maintenance.Furthermore,during thecontrolled atmosphere period,personnel were able to safely conduct grain inspections,sampling,and other operations within the silo.
