长三角战略科学家分布及流动模式研究——基于国家“三大奖”获得者的实证分析

摘　　要：将2000—2020年获得国家自然科学奖、国家科技进步奖、国家技术发明奖的638名长三角战略科学家作为研究对象,利用其履历数据分析他们从出生地到受教育地再到成就地的流动情况,并通过桑基图进行可视化分析。研究发现,在战略科学家流动模式上各省(市)表现出一定差异性,形成了各具特色的流动模式:江苏和浙江表现为“小幅溢出+微弱吸引”模式,安徽表现为“大幅溢出+较强吸引”模式,上海则表现为“自产自销+强力吸引”模式。结合各省(市)战略科学家的分布及流动特征,分别对长三角“三省一市”提出建议,以推动长三角战略科学家一体化发展,提升区域科技创新能力。This study focuses on 638 strategic scientists in the Yangtze River Delta(YRD)region who were awarded the State Natural Science Award,the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award,and the State Technological Invention Award from 2000 to 2020.By analyzing their biographical data,we examined their mobility patterns from birthplace to education location and finally to achievement location,and visualized these patterns using Sankey diagrams.The findings revealed that each province(or municipality)displayed certain differentiation with their own special characteristics in the mobility patterns of strategic scientists in the YRD:Jiangsu and Zhejiang exhibited a“slight outflow+weak attraction”pattern,Anhui demonstrated a“significant outflow+strong attraction”pattern,while Shanghai showed a“self-sufficient+strong attraction”pattern.Based on the distribution and mobility characteristics of strategic scientists in each province(or municipality),we propose recommendations for the three provinces and one municipality in the YRD to promote the integrated development of strategic scientists and enhance regional scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
