摘 要:为研究地铁直线区间科隆蛋扣件轨道上的钢轨异常波磨,提出了一种反映轮轨系统能量耗散特性的二维数值模型,并结合现场调研和数值计算,分析了钢轨波磨的成因特性。结果显示:随着纵向蠕滑力占比的增加,当激励施加在扣件上方时,纵向蠕滑力对钢轨波磨的发生概率和发展趋势有更大的影响;当激励施加在扣件跨中时,纵横向蠕滑力对钢轨波磨的产生和发展均有促进作用;在纵向蠕滑力占比增加的过程中,对系统耗散能实部的敏感程度由波长敏感逐渐转变为速度敏感;波长在不同速度下保持恒定或与速度呈现非线性关系,表明在不同蠕滑力工况下波磨波长的敏感速度不同;钢轨导纳影响分析显示,不同的蠕滑力工况下出现了相同的特征频率,且与实测波磨通过频率接近,说明激励施加在扣件上方时的钢轨垂向导纳特性是造成钢轨波磨的主要原因。In order to study the rail abnormal corrugation on the Cologne egg fastener track in the metro straight section,a two-dimensional numerical model reflecting the energy dissipation characteristics of the wheel-rail system is proposed.Combined with field investigation and numerical calculation,the cause characteristics of rail corrugation are analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the proportion of longitudinal creep force,when the excitation is applied above the fastener,the longitudinal creep force has a greater effect on the occurrence probability and development trend of rail corrugation;when the excitation is applied in the middle of the fastener span,both the longitudinal and transverse creep force can promote the generation and development of rail corrugation in this case.In the process of increasing the proportion of longitudinal creep force,the sensitivity to the real part of the system dissipation energy gradually changes from wavelength sensitivity to velocity sensitivity;meantime,the wavelength remains constant at different speeds or shows a nonlinear relationship with the speed,indicating that sensitive speeds of corrugation wavelengths are different under different creep force conditions.The influence analysis of rail receptances shows that under different creep force conditions,the same characteristic frequency appears and is close to the passing frequency of measured corrugation,illustrating that the rail vertical receptance characteristic when the excitation is applied above the fastener is the main cause of the rail corrugation.
