摘 要:本文采用GB 5009.97—2023规定中的第三法,以内标法来精准地检测植物饮料中的甜蜜素含量,同时结合相关的不确定性评估标准,详细地研究了各种可能的影响因素,以便更准确地获得结果。经分析计算得出,植物饮料中甜蜜素浓度为82.9 mg/kg,其浓度的扩展不确定度为4.8 mg/kg,由此得出甜蜜素检测结果为(82.9±4.8)mg/kg(P=95%,k=2)。结果表明,5个不确定度来源对该测量方法的影响从大到小依次为:标准溶液配制>标准曲线拟合>测量重复性>加标回收率>样品前处理。该研究为植物饮料中甜蜜素测量结果的准确性提供了科学依据,也是作为判断产品是否合格的重要依据。This study employed Method Ⅲ of GB 5009.97-2023 with internal standard method to quantify cyclamate concentrations in plant-based beverages.A comprehensive uncertainty evaluation was conducted to identify key influencing factors,so as to obtain more accurate results.Analysis and calculation demonstrated that the concentration of cyclamate in plant-based beverages was 82.9 mg/kg,and the expanded uncertainty of the concentration was 4.8 mg/kg,so the detection result of cyclamate was(82.9±4.8)mg/kg(P=95%,k=2).The results show that the influence of 5 uncertainty sources on the measurement method is as follows:standard solution preparation>standard curve fitting>measurement repeatability>spiked recovery rate>sample pretreatment.This study not only provides a scientific basis for the accuracy of the measurement results of cyclamate in plant-based beverages but also establishes an important criterion for determining product quality.
