青少年焦虑情绪与游戏成瘾的关系:睡眠的中介作用及性别的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探究焦虑情绪对青少年网络游戏障碍的影响以及睡眠的中介作用和性别在其中的调节效应。方法:于2023年3月至7月在山东省济宁市6所中学,选取5999名青少年(12~18岁)作为研究对象,采用自制一般情况调查问卷、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(7-item generalized anxiety disorder scale,GAD-7)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)和简式网络游戏障碍量表(nine-item internet gaming disorder scale-short form,IGDS9-SF)进行评定,并检验睡眠的中介效应和性别的调节效应。结果:青少年GAD-7评分、PSQI评分与IGDS9-SF评分均显著正相关(B=0.422、0.271,P均<0.001)。睡眠在焦虑情绪对青少年网络游戏障碍中起部分中介作用(B=0.09,P<0.001),性别起调节作用(B=-0.161,P<0.001)。结论:青少年焦虑情绪越重,网络游戏障碍发生的可能性越高,并与性别和睡眠质量有关。应重点关注焦虑、睡眠质量差的男性青少年网络游戏障碍的预防及干预。Objective:This study aimed to investigate the impact of anxiety on adolescent internet gaming disorder,the mediating role of sleep,and the moderating effect of gender.Method:A sample of 5999 adolescents aged 12 to 18 was selected for the study.General demographic questionnaires,the 7-item generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7),the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and the nine-item internet gaming disorder scale-short form(IGDS9-SF)were used for assessment.Results:Anxiety scores,sleep quality,and internet gaming disorder scores were significantly positively correlated(B=0.422,0.271,P<0.001).Sleep partially mediated the relationship between anxiety and internet gaming disorder in adolescents(B=0.09,P<0.001),while gender moderated this relationship(B=-0.161,P<0.001).Conclusion:Higher levels of anxiety in adolescents were associated with a higher likelihood of internet gaming disorder,influenced by gender and sleep quality.Prevention and intervention strategies for internet gaming disorder in male adolescents with high anxiety and poor sleep quality should be a focus of attention.
