摘  要:为实现两挡纯电动卡车换挡品质的个性化控制,提出了一种考虑驾驶意图的换挡过程转矩最优控制策略。首先,对换挡过程进行动力学分析,以确定影响换挡品质的关键因素;其次,针对卸载阶段和转矩恢复阶段,结合驾驶意图识别方法和基于变分法的最优控制算法,制定了换挡过程转矩最优控制策略;最后,在考虑不同驾驶意图的情况下进行了仿真验证。结果表明,所提出的控制策略能够更好地满足驾驶员的个性化需求,并且使换挡品质的综合优化效果更佳。To achieve personalized optimal shift quality for a two-speed battery electric truck,torque-optimal control strategies that considers driving intention in different phases of the shift process,is proposed.Firstly,dynamics analysis for the shift process is conducted to determine the crucial factors that affect the shift quality;secondly,torque-optimal control strategies for the unloading and torque recovery phases of the shift process are put forward by combining the driving intention recognition method with an optimal control algorithm based on the variational method;finally,simulation verification is carried out under different driving intentions.The results show that the proposed control strategies meet drivers’personalized needs well and achieves a more comprehensively optimal shift quality.
