专题式教学模式在神奇的蜂产品课程教学中的应用探析

摘　　要：神奇的蜂产品课程是具有理论性和科普性较强的一门通识课程,传统教学模式不能充分调动学生的学习兴趣和学习主动性。该文从教学内容、教学设计、教学评价方面进行教学改革,有望培养学生“学农知农爱农”的“三农”情怀,让更多的学生掌握蜂产品功效,形成大健康理念。该文以五星教学为主、多种教学法为辅的专题式教学模式的构建为目标,进行全方面建设,以期为农学类通识课程建设提供参考。The Magic Bee Products course is a general course with strong theoretical and popular science.The traditional teaching model cannot fully mobilize students'interest and initiative in learning.Therefore,teaching reforms will be carried out in terms of teaching content,teaching design,and teaching evaluation,which is expected to cultivate students'"three rural"feelings of"learning agriculture,knowing agriculture and loving agriculture",allowing more students to master the efficacy of bee products and form a concept of general health.Aiming at the construction of a thematic teaching model focusing on five-star teaching and supplemented by multiple teaching methods,this paper carries out all-round construction in order to provide reference for the construction of general education courses in agriculture.
