基于政策文本分析的我国高校科研诚信治理机制研究

摘　　要：科研诚信是科学研究的基本行为规范和核心价值,是每一个科研人员都应遵守的道德准则。高校科研诚信建设在科技创新和国家发展中具有不可替代的地位。文章运用扎根理论方法,对权威单位发布的关于高校科研诚信建设相关政策文件进行了量化剖析,并据此构建了一个包含道德素养、科研诚信环境建设、科研诚信规章制度、科研诚信管理规范4个维度的理论模型框架,研究了科研诚信治理的机制,探索了提升科研诚信治理的途径,旨在为未来的相关研究提供有价值的参考与启示。Research integrity is the fundamental behavioral norm and core value of scientific research,and it is a moral code that every researcher should abide by.The construction of scientific research integrity in universities plays an irreplaceable role in technological innovation and national development.The article uses the grounded theory method to quantitatively analyze the policy documents related to the construction of scientific research integrity in universities issued by authoritative units.Based on this,a theoretical model framework is constructed,which includes four dimensions:moral literacy,scientific research integrity environment construction,scientific research integrity rules and regulations,and scientific research integrity management norms.The mechanism of scientific research integrity governance is studied,and ways to improve scientific research integrity governance are explored,aiming to provide valuable reference and inspiration for future related research.
