摘　　要：通过创新药物化学的教学方法,以提高教学质量和效果。基于OBE理念,在药物化学教学中采用线上线下、对分课堂和第二课堂的三元教学法。结果显示学生学习药物化学课程的积极性明显提高,理论知识掌握度和实践能力有了明显提高,对三元教学法的满意度好。打造药物化学课程的创新性、实践性及可操作性,切实提高了药学和临床医学等专业学生的学业水平和执业能力。[Objective]This project innovates teaching methods of medicinal chemistry to improve teaching quality and effect.[Methods]Based on the OBE concept,this project introduces online and offline teaching,pad class and second classin the courseteaching of Medicinal Chemistry.[Results]The students'enthusiasm in learning the course of Medicinal Chemistry was obviously improved,their mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical ability were obviously improved,and their satisfaction with the three-way teaching method was good.[Conclusion]The teaching method fully creates the innovation,practicalityand operability of the Medicinal Chemistrycourse,and effectively improves the academic level and practice ability of students majoring in pharmacy and clinical medicine.
