摘  要:悬臂堆料机是一种广泛应用的大型高效卸料机构。为提高悬臂堆料机的安全性与可靠性,首先采用Lagrange方程对悬臂堆料机进行动力学建模,并利用MATLAB对动力学方程进行计算分析,确定了悬臂堆料机工作时液压缸、液压杆、堆料底座质心的位移及速度;然后用SolidWorks对堆料机进行三维简化建模并导入ADAMS进行仿真分析;最后用ADAMS和MATLAB对悬臂堆料机动态特性进行联合仿真,并将仿真数据与理论结果进行对比分析,证明了利用这种基于联合仿真的方法来研究悬臂堆料机动态特性的可行性。The cantilever stacker is a widely used large-scale and efficient unloading mechanism.To improve the safety and reliability of the cantilever stacker,firstly used the Lagrange equations to perform dynamic modeling of the cantilever stacker.MATLAB was used to compute and analyze the dynamic equations,determined the displacements and velocities of the hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic rod,and the center of mass of the stacking base during operation.Then,SolidWorks was used to create a simplified 3D model of the stacker,which is then imported into ADAMS for simulation analysis.Finally,ADAMS and MATLAB were used for joint simulation of the dynamic characteristics of the cantilever stacker,and the simulation data was compared with theoretical results,proving the feasibility of using this joint simulation based method to study the dynamic characteristics of the cantilever stacker.
