知识管理理论视域下的外语课程思政团队建设研究

摘  要:课程思政团队建设是落实立德树人根本任务、培养具备跨文化传播能力并参与“一带一路”建设的专业人才的重要举措。研究分析了外语课程思政团队建设中面临的挑战,以《理解当代中国》课程团队为例,探讨了知识管理理论指导下的课程思政团队建设的思路与方法。研究表明,以知识图谱为载体,加速知识的转化是团队建设的重要途径。本研究的核心目的在于提升外语课程思政教学团队建设的效能,促进知识的更新与共享,为相关研究提供有益的探索。The construction of ideological and political teams for courses is a significant measure to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,and to train professionals with intercultural communication skills whocan participate in the construction of the"Belt and Road"Initiative.This study analyzes the challenges faced in the construction of ideological and political teams for foreign language courses,takes the course team of"Understanding Contemporary China"as an example,and explores the ideas and methods for the construction of ideological and political teams for courses under the guidance of knowledge management theory.The research indicates that accelerating knowledge transformation with knowledge maps as the carrier is an important approach for team building.The core objective of this study is to enhance the effectiveness of the construction of ideological and political teaching teams for foreign language courses,promote knowledge updating and sharing,and provide beneficial exploration for related research.
