摘  要:课程思政是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手。当前高职院校课程思政理论和实践研究均取得一定进展,但仍面临诸多难题。本研究针对高职院校课程思政工作机制不健全、教师育人能力不足、思政有机融入课程不强、课程思政评价体系不完善等实际问题,以广东松山职业技术学院课程思政工作为例,提出通过做好全局顶层设计、加强师资队伍建设、推进课堂教学改革、深挖校地特色文化、强化考评激励导向等五方面建设,构建课程思政高质量发展路径,形成全面覆盖、类型丰富、层次递进、相互支撑的课程思政体系,全面提升课程思政整体工作质量。Curriculum ideology and politics is an important starting point for higher vocational colleges to canry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and developing people.At present,the theory and practice of curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational colleges have made some progress,but there are still many problems.This study aims at some practical problems in higher vocational colleges,such as imperfect curriculum ideological and political work mechanism,insufficient teachers’ability to educate people,weak organic integration of ideological and political thinking into the curiculum,and imperfect curriculum ideological and political evaluation system.It is proposed to build a high-quality development path of curriculum ideology and politics by doing a good job of overall top-level design,strengthening the construction of teachers,promoting classroom teaching reform,digging into the characteristic culture of the school,and strengthening the evaluation and incentive orientation,and form a curriculum ideology and politics system with comprehensive coverage,rich types,progressive levels,and mutual support,so as to comprehensively improve the overall quality of curriculum ideology and politics.
