“党建+英语特色”的教工样板党支部建设路径探索——以福建农林大学金山学院为例

摘　　要：新时代背景下,加强基层党组织建设是当前党建工作的重点任务,是落实以习近平同志为核心的党中央关于加强高校党的建设和落实立德树人根本任务的重要保障。福建农林大学金山学院大学英语与英语专业教研室党支部把党支部建在学科上,探索“党建+英语特色”模式,制定出教工党支部在推动课程思政改革、推动新文科建设、加强师德师风建设、引领教学科研、举办指导学科竞赛、促进毕业就业六个方面的措施,让教工党支部在学科建设、教师发展、人才培养等方面充分发挥战斗堡垒作用。In the backdrop of the new era,strengthening the construction of primary Party organisations is the key task for the Party,and it is the implementation of the proposal of Party Central Committeewith Comrade Xi Jinping as the core to strengthen the Party construction of colleges and universities and the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people.The Party Branch of College English and English Major Teaching and Research Department of Jinshan College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University is built on the discipline of English.It explores the mode of"Party building+English characteristics",and enables the Party Branch of the teaching staff to fully play its role as a fortress in the discipline construction,teacher development and talent training.
