摘  要:就学前教育专业而言,校企合作其实就是高职院校与幼儿园之间紧密合作,以人才产出为导向,共同培养具备较高职业素养和实践能力的未来幼儿教师。以“幼儿故事讲述与表演”课程开发为例,建立合作联盟,校企更新课程理念;对接用人需求,校企合议课程目标;把握职业特点,校企同构课程内容;置换工作岗位,校企共育双师队伍,这些尝试有助于通过实践探索高职院校学前教育专业与幼儿园的有效合作路径,尝试扭转以高职为办学主体的固化思维,实现学生实践核心能力的提升。In the context of preschool education,school-enterprise cooperation refers to the close collaboration between higher vocational colleges and kindergartens,aimed at talent development and jointly training future preschool teachers with high professional quality and prctical ability.Using the course development of"Children's Storytelling and Performance"as an example,this study establishes a cooperative alliance to update curriculum concepts through school-enterprise collaboration,aligns curriculum goals with employment needs,co-constructs curriculum content based on vocational characteristics,and builds a dual-qualified team by exchanging job positions.These attempts help explore effective cooperation paths between higher vocational colleges and kindergartens through practical exploration,seeking to reverse the entrenched thinking of higher vocational colleges as the main body of education and improve students’core practical abilities.
