摘 要:为提高新能源的利用效率,以总运行成本最低为目标函数,以能量平衡和输出功率为约束条件,构建了一种新能源供应链调度优化模型。然后通过采用引入混沌策略的改进粒子群算法(PSO)对模型进行求解,实现了新能源供应链的调度优化。仿真结果表明,所提构建的调度优化模型可制定合理的新能源供应计划,在热电联供微电网独立运行和并网运行时能有效降低总运行成本,相较于常规调度优化模型,所提模型的总运行成本更低,具有一定的可靠性和优越性,为提高新能源的利用率提供了参考。In order to improve the utilization efficiency of new energy,a new energy supply chain scheduling optimization model was constructed with the lowest total operating cost as the objective function and energy balance and output power as constraints.Then,the model was solved by using the improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm introducing chaos strategy,and the scheduling optimization of the new energy supply chain was realized.The simulation results showed that the proposed dispatching optimization model could formulate a reasonable new energy supply plan,and effectively reduce the total operating cost when the combined heat and power microgrid is operated independently and connected to the grid.Compared with the conventional scheduling optimization model,the proposed model has lower total operating cost,certain reliability and superiority,and provides a reference for improving the utilization rate of new energy.
