摘　　要：“岗课赛证”综合育人是职业教育大会提出的新型育人模式。深入分析职业教育人才培养现状,以岗位需求为根本出发点和最终落脚点,以课程建设为核心,以赛、证为重要推动力引擎,以“岗课对接”“课赛融合”“课证融通”为实现途径,并利用现代信息技术赋能,构建“岗课赛证”四位一体职业教育人才培养模式。The comprehensive education model of"Post Course Competition Certificate"is proposed by the vocational education conference as a new type of education model.An in-depth analysis of the current situation of vocational education talent cultivation is conducted,with job requirements as the fundamental starting point and ultimate goal,curriculum construction as the core,competition and certificate as important driving forces,and"post course integration""course competition integration"and"course certificate integration"as the implementation channels.Modern information technology is used to empower and construct a"Post Course Competition Certificate"four in one talent cultivation model.
