摘 要:于伟教授基于二十余年教育哲学、教育基本理论研究的积淀,以东北师范大学附属小学为实践场域,构建以“保护天性、尊重个性、培养社会性”为核心要义的“率性教育”理论与实践体系,初步实现了教育理论研究者与实践者、大学教授与小学校长的双向滋养。“率性教育”来自对《中庸》“天命之谓性,率性之谓道,修道之谓教”之传统文化基因的创造性转化,为教育理论提供“借古开今”的范式参照;以儿童哲学为方法论引领实践,主张将作为“直接自然存在物”的儿童置于教育研究与实践的重要原点,呈现中国教育学自主知识体系构建的“东师附小经验”。率性教育研究经历了“自上而下的理论建构”“自下而上的实践反哺”“双向互动的高质量推进”三个阶段,通过东师附小连续三届荣获基础教育国家级教学成果奖、连续十年的“儿童哲学与率性教育”学术年会等载体实现理论与实践的迭代创新,一定程度上破解了教育理论与实践割裂的困境。于伟教授以理论自觉引领实践变革,以田野智慧反哺学术创新,实现了书斋与田野的共生,为回答教育学的“中国之问”提供了微观行动个案。Based on over two decades of research in educational philosophy and the basic educational theory,Professor Yu Wei has established the“Free-spirited Education”theoretical and practical system,centered on“preserving natural disposition,respecting individuality,and cultivating sociality”,with the Primary School Attached to Northeast Normal University as its practical field.The system has initially achieved mutual enrichment between educational theorists and practitioners,alongside bidirectional nourishment between university professors and primary school principals.“Free-spirited Education”originates from the creative transformation of the traditional cultural gene found in The Doctrine of the Mean,which refers to“Human nature is endowed by Heaven,following one’s nature is the Way,and cultivating the Way is education”.It provides a paradigmatic reference for educational theory by bridging tradition and modern innovation.Guided by the philosophy for children as its methodological framework,“Free-spirited Education”emphasizes taking children,the“directly natural beings”,as the core of educational research and practice,exemplifying the“Experience of the Primary School Attached to Northeast Normal University”in constructing the pedagogy of China’s independent knowledge system.The research on“Free-spirited Education”has undergone three stages as in top-down theoretical construction,bottom-up practical feedback,and high-quality bidirectional advancement.Through achievements such as the school’s four National Teaching Achievement Awards for Basic Education over three consecutive sessions and the ten-year series of annual academic conferences on“Children’s Philosophy and Free-spirited Education”,an iterative innovation between theory and practice has been achieved,to some extent addressing the long-standing division between the two.With theoretical awareness guiding practical reform and field-based wisdom enriching academic innovation,Professor Yu Wei has fostered the symbiosis of
