摘　　要：食管癌是全球高发的恶性肿瘤,尤其在亚洲及中国地区鳞状细胞癌发病率居高不下,且传统放化疗疗效有限。作为一种新型治疗方法,靶向疗法已被证实在食管癌治疗中发挥重要作用。PD-1/PD-L1作为其中极其重要的靶向机制,其功能的实现与调节机制复杂且多样,且PD-L1表达量与该类药物的临床疗效之间是否存在必然联系尚存争议,并且缺乏能够准确预测患者预后的指标;因此对其表达调控的机制研究的深入有助于探寻更好的预后指标。本文综述了PD-1/PD-L1机制近几年的研究进展,为ESCC精准医疗提供了新的思路和方向。Esophageal cancer is a global malignancy with a high incidence,especially in Asia and China,where the incidence of squamous cell carcinoma remains high,and the efficacy of traditional chemo-radiotherapy is limited.As a new therapeutic method,targeted therapy has been proved to play an important role in the treatment of esophageal cancer.PD-1/PD-L1 is an extremely important targeting mechanism,and its functional realization and regulation mechanisms are complex and diverse.In addition,whether there is an inevitable relationship between the expression level of PD-L1 and the clinical efficacy of such drugs is still controversial,and there is a lack of indicators that can accurately predict the prognosis of patients.Therefore,the in-depth study of the mechanism of its expression regulation is helpful to search for better prognostic indicators.This paper reviews the research progress of PD-1/PD-L1 mechanism in recent years,which provides a new idea and direction for ESCC precision medicine.
