摘 要:深入研究高质量教育集团的发展,剖析集团内校际关系的演化路径,厘清集团走向优质均衡的实现机制与内在逻辑,已成为推动义务教育实现优质均衡发展的必由之路。基于竞合理论,在典型个案D集团中,集团内各校通过调整合作与竞争的关键要素来协调校际竞合关系,从低竞争低合作状态逐步迈向高质量平衡,推动不同参与主体在合作基础上开展良性竞争,共享并共创优质教育资源。研究发现,重塑集团内的校际关系和竞合机制,需要遵循以下三个深层机理:共同愿景与具体目标驱动校际竞合动力;管理模式、实施策略与实践载体共同打造亲密关系;资源的有效扩充与均衡分配构成集团实际贡献。三者协同作用,共同推动“名校”与成员校之间形成紧密联系,最终实现教育集团的优质均衡发展。Delving into the development of high-quality running schools in groups,examining the evolution of inter-school relationships,and defining the mechanisms and logic behind the group's pursuit of quality and balance have become essential for achieving a high-quality,balanced compulsory education system.Utilizing competition and cooperation theory,in the case of Group D,schools within the group coordinate their competitive and cooperative dynamics by adjusting key elements,transitioning from low competition and cooperation to high-quality equilibrium.This fosters healthy competition among participants based on shared cooperation,leading to a shared creation of high-quality educational resources.The study reveals that reshaping inter-school relationships and the cooperation-competition dynamics within these groups requires adherence to three core principles:a shared vision and specific objectives propel the competitive and cooperative dynamics among schools;management models,implementation strategies,and operational platforms jointly shape a close-knit relationship;the effective expansion and balanced allocation of resources constitute the group's tangible contributions.These principles synergistically facilitate the formation of strong bonds between"prestigious"and member schools,ultimately facilitating the group's high-quality,and balanced development.
