摘　　要：构建人类卫生健康共同体是面向人类未来持续健康发展提出的薪新倡议,是人类命运共同体理念在卫生健康领域的进一步深化,具有鲜明的中国特色。这一重要论述是对马克思主义理论的创新发展;对中华优秀传统文化的继承弘扬;对中外传染病防控成功经验的生动总结;也是对新中国成立前后中国共产党关于卫生健康事业发展指示的凝练升华,体现了理论逻辑、现实逻辑和历史逻辑的统一。既顺应了全球医疗卫生事业稳步发展的需要,也为完善全球公共卫生治理,重构可持续、高质量、共合作的公共卫生体系,维护世界各国人民的生命安全和身体健康提供了理论遵循和行动指南。Building a global community of human health is a new initiative for the sustainable and healthy development of mankind in the future and is a further deepening of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind in the field of health,with distinctive Chinese characteristics.This important statement is a vivid summary of the innovative development of Marxist theory,the inheritance and promotion of fine traditional Chinese culture,the successful experience of infectious disease prevention and control at home and abroad,and a distillation of the instructions of the Communist Party of China on health care before and after the founding of New China,embodies the unity of theoretical logic,realisticlogic and historical logic.It not only meets the needs of the steady development of global medical and health undertakings,but also provides theoretical guidance and action guidelines for improving global public health governance,rebuilding asustainable,high-quality and cooperative public health system,and safeguarding the life safety and health of people around the world.
