摘　　要：建设教育强国,必须加强大学班级建设。大学班级具有社会体系、社会组织、特殊社会初级群体、情感场域、学习型组织、初级生活舞台等性质。班主任、辅导员、班干部、学生每个人都是班级建设的主体,在班级治理中发挥着不同作用且不可或缺。大学班级建设有教育型、塔格型、学习型、幸福型、实战型等策略。To build a strong nation in education necessitates We must strengthen the university class construction.University classes possess the characteristics of a social system,a social organization,a special primary social group,an emotional field,a learning organization,and a primary life stage.Class advisors,counselors,class officers,and students are all integral to class construction,each playing a distinct and indispensable role in class governance.Strategies for university class construction include educational,pyramidal,learning-oriented,happiness-oriented,and practical-orionted approaches.
