摘　　要：课程是教学活动的信息载体,而教材建设是课程改革的重要方面。“蛋白质与酶工程”是一门理论与实践联系紧密的课程,在农林高校课程设置中处于核心地位。做好思想政治元素融入“酶工程”教材的工作,深入挖掘专业知识中的思政元素,对实现新农科人才培养目标具有重要的意义。本文就农林高校专业课程“蛋白质与酶工程”教学中,发挥《酶工程》思政教材对教学活动的引领作用,专业知识中思政元素的挖掘和酶工程课程思政教材的质量控制三个方面,深入探讨思政元素融入专业教材这一问题。Curriculum serves as the information carrier for teaching activities,and textbook construction is an important aspect of curriculum reform.Protein and Enzyme Engineering,a course that closely connects theory and practice,holds a central position in the curriculum of agricultural and forestry universities.Integrating ideological and political elements into Enzyme Engineering textbooks and exploring them deeply within the realm of professional knowledge is of great significance in cultivating new agricultural talents.This article delves into the integration of ideological and political elements into professional textbooks in agricultural and forestry universities.It specifically focuses on the guiding role of the ideological and political textbook Enzyme Engineering in teaching activities,the exploration of ideological and political elements within professional knowledge,and the construction and utilization of ideological and political textbooks for“enzyme engineering”courses.
