摘  要:探究乡村幼儿园家长择园倾向影响因素,有助于帮助家长高效择园,协助幼儿园明晰家长需求与期待,助力乡村学前教育振兴。基于对20名乡村幼儿园家长的访谈,运用扎根理论分析发现,乡村幼儿园家长择园倾向的影响因素包括园所适应、园所适合、园所教育、园所服务。其中,园所适应是影响乡村幼儿园家长择园倾向的前提因素,园所适合是驱动因素,园所教育是必要因素,园所服务是基础因素。为此,乡村幼儿园家长应积极做好入园准备工作,统筹线上线下教育资源,培养科学的幼儿教育思维;幼儿园应积极助推教师专业成长和家园合作两大共同体的构建。Exploring the influencing factors of rural kindergarten parents’preference in choosing kindergartens helps parents make efficient choices,enables kindergartens to understand parents’needs and expectations,and contributes to the revitalization of rural preschool education.Based on interviews with 20 rural kindergarten parents and analyzed using grounded theory,it is found that the influencing factors include kindergarten adaptation,kindergarten suitability,kindergarten education,and kindergarten services.Among them,kindergarten adaptation is a prerequisite factor,kindergarten suitability is a driving factor,kindergarten education is a necessary factor,and kindergarten services are a fundamental factor.Therefore,rural kindergarten parents should actively prepare for kindergarten entry,integrate online and offline educational resources,and develop scientific early childhood education thinking;kindergartens should actively promote the construction of two communities:teachers’professional growth and home-kindergarten cooperation.
