摘 要:幼儿教师这个职业自产生之日起便呈现出显著的性别结构失衡现象。从历史文化的视角来看,这一现象的产生与延续不只是由男女性别角色及家庭、社会分工不平等所造成,更是社会文化发展的产物,是中国根深蒂固的母教传统、幼儿教育的“身体化”倾向以及幼儿教师职业发展初期制度规约综合作用的结果。为此,应秉持辩证的态度,破除政策偏向,采取标本兼顾的策略,创新人员聘用方式、贯彻保教并重原则、弘扬优秀母教文化,以此拓展男性榜样的可及性,提升幼师职业的吸引力和社会认同。Since its emergence,the profession of kindergarten teachers has shown a significant imbalance in gender structure.From a historical and cultural perspective,the emergence and continuation of this phenomenon are not only caused by unequal gender roles,family,and social divisions of labor between men and women,but also a product of social and cultural development.It is the combined result of China’s deep-rooted tradition of maternal education,the“embodiment”tendency of early childhood education,and the institutional regulations in the initial stage of the professional development of kindergarten teachers.Therefore,we should adopt a dialectical attitude,break policy biases,and take comprehensive strategies.We should innovate employment methods,implement the principle of equal emphasis on education and care,and promote excellent maternal education culture,so as to expand the accessibility of male role models,enhance the attractiveness of the kindergarten teacher profession,and increase their social recognition.
