摘  要:采用CLASS评估工具对S市12所幼儿园100个班级的区域活动中教师对幼儿的情感支持质量进行观察分析,研究发现:区域活动中的教师情感支持质量整体呈中等水平,在积极氛围方面得分最高,关注儿童观点方面得分最低;各年龄班的教师情感支持质量不存在显著差异;教师的行为管理与积极氛围、教师敏感性、关注儿童观点总体均呈现显著正相关;教师的敏感性能显著正向预测教师的行为管理。因此,幼儿园应该重视教师教育理念与行为改变的情感发生机制,开展有关儿童中心与游戏信念的系统分层培训,提升教师的敏感性与实践智慧,构建游戏中的持续共享思维。By using the CLASS assessment tool to observe and analyze the quality of teachers’emotional support for children in the regional activities of 100 classes in 12 kindergartens in City S,the study found that the overall quality of teachers’emotional support in regional activities is at a medium level,with the highest score in the positive atmosphere dimension and the lowest score in the dimension of paying attention to children’s perspectives.There is no significant difference in the quality of teachers’emotional support among different age classes.Teachers’behavior management is significantly and positively correlated with positive atmosphere,teacher sensitivity,and paying attention to children’s perspectives in general.Teacher sensitivity can significantly and positively predict teachers’behavior management.Therefore,kindergartens should attach importance to the emotional occurrence mechanism of teachers’educational concept and behavior change,carry out systematic hierarchical training on child-centered and game-based beliefs,improve teachers’sensitivity and practical wisdom,and build a continuous sharing mindset in games.
