摘  要:在托幼一体化教育模式的浪潮下,提升托班教师专业能力是目前迫切需求且具有现实意义。为此,宁波市江北甬港幼儿园积极探索托班教师专业胜任力的培养之道,并提出了一套涵盖理论研学、实践深耕与潜能激活的三维培养体系。通过实施全程式职业规划、浸润式专业阅读、硬盘式教研与交互式高校援助,全面强化教师的理论基础;通过精准定位环境准备者、情感陪伴者、生活照护者、学习引导者等多重角色,深化教师实践智慧;同时,构建科学的指标评价、跟踪成长与荣誉激励机制,激发教师专业潜能与职业活力。In the wave of the integrated nursery and kindergarten education model,it is urgent and practically significant to improve the professional abilities of toddler-class teachers.Therefore,Ningbo Jiangbei Yonggang Kindergarten actively explores the cultivation of the professional competence of toddler-class teachers and proposes a three-dimensional training system covering theoretical research,practical exploration,and potential activation.By implementing a full-process career planning,immersive professional reading,in-depth teaching and research,and interaction and assistance with universities,teachers’theoretical foundation is comprehensively strengthened.By accurately positioning multiple roles such as environment creators,emotional companions,life carers,and learning guides,teachers’practical wisdom is deepened.At the same time,by constructing scientific index evaluation,growth tracking,and honor-incentive mechanisms,teachers’professional potential and career vitality are stimulated.
