摘  要:清末民初社会动荡,教育界有识之士兴起汉语改革运动,借此达到提高国民文化素质,进而实现国家富强的目标。受此背景的影响,林汉达在少年时便立志教育救国,经历早年的学习和工作,逐渐形成了独具特色的语言教育思想。在我国语文教育史上,林汉达的“通俗化、口语化、规范化”的语文教育大众化思想,“简化字形、统一读音、规范用法”的语言文字改革思想,“注重实效、速成识字、创新方法”的扫盲教育思想与实践,以及“历史性、普及性、教育性”的历史文化传播观,为我国的语文教育事业发展积淀了思想且积累了成功经验。他的思想曾在特定历史时期起到了引领性、示范性作用,对当代语文教育改革和发展仍具有重要的参考价值。During the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,the society was in turmoil,and educators initiated a movement to reform the Chinese language,aiming to improve the cultural quality of the citizens and thereby achieve national prosperity.Against this backdrop,Lin Handa,from a young age,was determined to save the country through education.After years of study and work,he gradually developed a unique philosophy of language education.In the history of Chinese language education in China,Lin Handa’s ideas of“popularization,oralization,and standardization”of language education for the masses,his ideas for language and script reform of“simplifying character shapes,unifying pronunciation and standardizing usage”,his ideas and practices of literacy education emphasizing“practical effectiveness,rapid character recognition and innovative methods”,and his views on the dissemination of historical culture with“historicity,popularization and educational value”have laid a foundation for the development of Chinese language education in China and accumulated successful experiences.His ideas played a leading and exemplary role in specific historical periods and still have important reference value for contemporary reforms and development in language education.
