摘  要:融合教育的高质量发展,是促进基础教育优质均衡、实现教育公平的重要途径。为帮助随班就读学生实现多维度、全方位的“社会融合”,宁波市海曙外国语学校积极推进资源教室内涵建设,提出了普特融合视角下随班就读工作的校域实践之路:通过打造“星动俱乐部”平台载体,围绕教师队伍建设、课程体系构建、支持力量整合等重点任务,最大化地营造专业、多元、支持性的融合教育环境,助力特殊儿童健康成长。The high-quality development of inclusive education is an important way to promote the high-quality and balanced development of basic education and achieve educational equity.To help students with developmental disabilities achieve multidimensional and comprehensive“social integration”,Haishu Foreign Language School in Ningbo actively promotes the connotation construction of resource classrooms and proposes a school-based practice of inclusive education for students with developmental disabilities from a general-special education integration perspective.By creating the“Star Action Club”as a platform carrier,the school focuses on key tasks such as teacher team building,curriculum system construction,and integration of support forces to maximize the creation of a professional,diverse,and supportive inclusive education environment,which helps children with special needs grow healthily.
