摘  要:在新时代背景下,国有企业智库作为国家经济社会发展的关键智力支撑,其人才战略与创新实践对于提升智库核心竞争力、服务国家战略具有重要意义。本文系统分析了国有企业智库人才战略的实施路径与创新实践体系,探讨了当前人才现状及面临的挑战,并提出了针对性的解决方案。研究结果表明,通过构建战略导向型人才管理体系、科学激励与职业发展协同机制以及创新实践保障体系,国有企业智库能够有效优化人才结构,激发人才创新活力,提升整体发展水平。本文旨在为国有企业智库在组织人事工作中推进人才战略与创新实践提供理论支持与实践指导,助力其在国家发展中发挥更大作用。Under the new era context,state owned enterprise think tanks,as critical intellectual pillars for national economic and social development,hold significant importance in enhancing their core competitiveness and serving national strategies through talent strategy and innovation practices.This paper systematically analyzes the implementation pathways of talent strategies and the innovation practice systems within stateowned enterprise think tanks,explores current talent conditions and challenges,and proposes targeted solutions.The research findings indicate that by establishing a strategy-oriented talent management system,a coordinated mechanism for scientific incentives and career development,and an innovation practice support system,state-owned enterprise think tanks can effectively optimize talent structures,stimulate innovation vitality,and elevate overall development capabilities.This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for advancing talent strategy and innovation practices in the organizational and personnel management of stateowned enterprise think tanks,empowering them to play a greater role in national development.
