摘  要:City Walk以其独特的开放性、互动性等特质,深受青年群体的欢迎。将City Walk交互体验引入教育培训则为教学方法创新开辟了新路径。本文以中国海洋石油集团有限公司全产业链的CNOOC Walk之路课程开发为例,将City Walk交互体验深度融入央企新员工培训课程开发,构建了全新的课程设计模式。通过课前、课中、课后的全程交互体验系统设计,实现教学相长和学学相长,有效提升了培训效果,为其他企业同类型课程开发提供了参考借鉴。With its unique openness and interactivity,the City Walk concept is especially popular among younger audiences.Introducing City Walk interactive experiences into education and training provides a new direction for instructional innovation.This paper takes the full-industry-chain CNOOC Walk program as an example,embedding City Walk elements into the curriculum design for central SOE new employee training.Through a comprehensive interactive experience system covering pre-class,in-class,and post-class stages,the model promotes mutual teaching and learning,effectively enhancing training outcomes.It serves as a reference for other enterprises in developing similar programs.
