摘 要:选取大三、大四实习后师范生作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法探究实习经历对师范生职业认同感、职业成熟度及工作满意度的影响机制.结果显示,职业认同感直接正向预测工作满意度,并促进职业成熟度的发展.进一步分析发现,职业成熟度在职业认同感与工作满意度间起部分中介作用,实习后师范生的职业认知深化与准备对其职业满意度有重要影响.建议学校通过实习指导、职业规划教育增强师范生的职业认同与归属感,提升其职业承诺与满意度.师范教育应增加与职业发展相关课程与实践,促进师范生在知识、技能及心态上的成熟,为其职场过渡并维持高满意度打下坚实基础.Selecting junior and senior teacher trainees who have completed internships as research subjects,this study used a questionnaire survey method to explore the impact mechanism of internship experience on teacher trainees’professional identity,career maturity,and job satisfaction.The results show that professional identity directly positively predicts job satisfaction and promotes the development of career maturity.Further analysis reveals that career maturity partially mediates the relationship between career identity and job satisfaction,indicating that the deepening of vocational cognition and preparation of teacher trainees after internship have a significant impact on their career satisfaction.It is recommended that schools enhance the professional identity and sense of belonging of teacher trainees through internship guidance and career planning education,and improve their career commitment and satisfaction.
