摘　　要：党的二十大强调了教育、科技、人才的一体化部署和整体性推进,为加快建设高质量教育体系指明了方向。数字科技的发展推动了非物质文化遗产(简称“非遗”)的创新性保护和发展,也对非遗传承人才队伍提出了更高的要求。以党的二十大精神为指引,探讨了非遗数字化保护与高职人才培养之间的可行性,结合高职人才培养现状,明确了非遗数字化保护视角下高职人才培养定位,并提出了相应的高职人才培养思路,以期共同推进非遗传承发展与现代职业教育的深度融合,加快实施科教兴国战略,进一步促进中华优秀传统文化发扬光大。The 20th CPC National Congress emphasized the integrated deployment and overall promotion of education,science and technology,and talents,and pointed out the direction for accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system.The development of digital technology has promoted the innovative protection and development of intangible cultural heritage and also proposed higher demands for the talent team of intangible cultural heritage inheritance.Guided by the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress,it discusses the feasibility of the relationship between the digital protection of intangible cultural heritage and the cultivation of higher vocational talents.Combined with the current situation of vocational talent cultivation,it clarifies the positioning of the cultivation of higher vocational talents from the perspective of digital protection of intangible cultural heritage,and puts forward the corresponding ideas for the cultivation of higher vocational talents.In order to jointly promote the deep integration of the intangible cultural heritage inheritance and development with modern vocational educa tion,it accelerates the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,and further promotes the development of China's excellent traditional culture.
